reviews of Mountain Biking 101: For Skiers
I enjoyed this article, especially all the video tips. It is true that mountain biking is an excellent cross over for alpine skiing. Both sports require good leg strength and stamina. Additionally, the focus require in mountain biking is also used in alpine skiing. Most likely a more crucial cross over then one would think.
