Stratton Casual Dining

The Sushi Bar

The Sushi Bar

The Sushi Bar, located in Stratton's village, opened in December in what was a former wine bar (which means they still offer a good wine list). Before that, the nearest sushi to Stratton was a good 40 minutes away. Their most popular dish is the Sun Bowl, a combination of chopped tuna, salmon, avocado, and unagi sauce, over a bowl of rice. They also have a good offering of microbrewed Japanese sake.

A big, noisy bar cum restaurant that serves up hearty pub fare at reasonable prices.

Every ski town needs a big, noisy bar cum restaurant that serves up hearty pub fare at reasonable prices. Mulligan’s keeps it real with all the basics—steak, burgers, ribs, sandwiches, fajitas. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed and casual—the kind of place where you strike up conversations with the folks at the next table. If you’re ready for a little dive-bar action after dinner, it’s right downstairs at the Green Door Pub.
