Stratton’s most elegant and inspired dining experience.
Easily Stratton’s most elegant and inspired dining experience, Verde surprises those who aren’t expecting such sophisticated and ambitious culinary creations in Vermont ski country. The food—house-made ravioli, local quail and rabbit, Maine fluke—unfailingly delicious.
