Skipping work for a powder day will improve your productivity. Take that, boss.
When a lab mouse is allowed to run around in its cage, its brainpower improves. When it’s forced into running harder than it would on its own volition, its brainpower improves even more, according to a recent New York Times blog post about a study led by researchers at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan.
According to the study, the increased brain function is the result of a molecular change induced by exercise. According to us, it’s reason enough to call in sick on a powder day.

I have no doubt about this finding. As we all know, exercise is an effective way for us to maintain sound mind and healthy body. Obviously, when you do skiing you need to think about your direction and coordinate your movements.
