Line's most park-specific ski features its singular construction. Skatedeck Construction takes its inspiration from skateboards. It's basically plywood from edge to edge, albeit high-quality maple plywood, with no sidewalls. This saves trees (less waste), and Line says the lack of sidewalls reduces the use of petroleum-based plastic by 60 percent. It's designed to spend most of its time in the park. Line recommends center-mounting it.

The junior version of the Afterbang is a replica of the big kids' version, but with a thinner core (six-ply maple instead of seven-ply). It's built for durability and affordability and designed to spend most of its time in the park. Line recommends center-mounting it.

Part of the Freestyle All Terrain collection, the Chronic is designed to be equally at home in the park or anywhere else on the frontside, yet also fun on the occasional powder day. It's a 92 waist, but the camber is traditional, and it's a metal-free, maple-core ski with Line's Sidewall construction-the angled sidewalls are thick over the edge but thin below the topsheet, for durability and dampness.

The affordable offering in the Freestyle All-Terrain collection is designed to spend half it's time in the park, the other half exploring the rest of the frontside. It's a cambered, wood-core cap construction, designed to be light and lively.

The junior version of the Bacon is an affordable junior ski with rocker (6 mm of early rise over 20 cm at the tip). It's a wood-core cap construction. Probably the only true powder ski for kids (145 and 155 cm lengths).

Part of the Freestyle All Terrain collection, the Blend is what it's name suggests: a ski built for a blend of applications-40 percent powder, 40 percent all-mountain, 20 percent park. For powder, it's got nice width plus rocker in both the tip and tail (4 mm over 20 cm; camber underfoot). It's a metal-free, maple-core ski with Line's Sidewall construction-the angled sidewalls are thick over the edge but thin below the topsheet, for durability and dampness.

It's still the best name for a powder ski in the business. But the new Bacon is a total redesign. It's designed by pro skier and Line athlete/designer/artist Eric Pollard, who made it narrower this year. It's intended to spend half its time in powder, the rest on typical frontside conditions, with an occasional park visit. It's a metal-free, wood-core construction with angled sidewalls, thick at the bottom over the edge, narrowing at the top. It's tapered tip and tail for a loose feel, and the tip is extra thin to make it supple and light.

Line Prophet 115
The Line Prophet 115 fills a void previously left in the Prophet series. It's super fat, but still carves.
Line has seen immense success from their versatile Prophet series, with widths ranging from 90 mm to 130mm. Previously, the width options jumped from 100- 130mm underfoot, which left a big gap. Enter the Prophet 115. With P-cut technology, this ski seamlessly travels from groomers to powder. Early rise tip and tail allow easy turn initiation (read: they’re easier to ski), and help you float when it’s deep. A metal-structured core adds strength and stability.
