PRAGUE, Czech Republic, Nov. 21 2003 (AP) -- Olympic ski jumping champion Jiri Raska was voted the Czech skier of the century in a poll of journalists and members of the Czech Ski Association.

Raska, 62, won a gold and a silver in Grenoble, France in 1968.

Second in the journalists' ranking was cross-country skier Katerina Neumannova, who finished second in the 15-kilometer event and third in the five-kilometer event at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2002 and also won a silver and a bronze at Nagano in 1998. Another ski jumper, Pavel Ploc, was third.
