2. Leg Swing

Balance on your left leg. Keep your right leg straight and swing it forward as high as you can. Then swing it behind you, bending at the knee and kicking your foot up as close to your buttocks as possible. As your right leg moves forward, swing your left arm—bent as if you were running—forward and your right arm back; reverse the motion as your right leg moves backward. Repeat, balancing on your right leg.
