Backpacking Essentials
Mammut T-Trail + Ambient Light Dry Bag

You'll want a lantern when backpacking, but they tend to take up a lot of space and weight in your pack. Mammut's T-Trail + Ambient Light Dry Bag is a headlamp-lantern system that's small enough to fit in your jacket pocket. The headlamp is light enough that is doesn't weigh down on your ears and shines up to 98 feet. Attach the Ambient light bag to the headlamp to use as a lantern when repacking or looking over the trail map at night. During the day, use the bag to store your headlamp and other water-sensitive items. With three lighting levels and up to 80 hours of battery life on the lamp, it's unlikely you'll ever get stuck dressing in the dark.
