Play on the rolls and off-kilter kickers you find on gully walls like this one. They present you with abrupt changes in terrain, great for developing fore/aft balance.
A. As you ride over a snow-covered rock or bush, concentrate on your fore and aft adjustments.
B. At the top of the bump, keep your upper body steady, and let your legs retract. At the same time, play with the flexion and extension in your ankles to keep your skis on the snow.
C. Flatten and steer your skis down and around the bump.
