Three spots in one, Gwyn’s offers a quick-serve cafe, a sit-down restaurant, and a bar inside a two-story space at the top of the Alpine Springs terrain pod. The sit-down restaurant has the ambience of a European chalet with a menu more in the mind of Colorado dining at 10,000 feet. (Think elk medallions, pastas, and hearty stews.) The cafe has atypical ski-lunch options like kale salad, tabouli, and curry bowls in addition to burgers and chicken sandwiches.
