Why go: Open since 1956, the family owned Burger Bar is both a slice of Americana (it once had carhops) and a must-stop on your way to or from Snowbasin. The signature Big Ben burger comes stacked with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and fry sauce. For a lower-fat version, swap out the beef for an elk or bison patty. Insiders recommend the crispy old-fashioned fries, which are hand-cut, blanched, and fried twice.
