Box Jumps Workout:
As Many Rounds in 15 Minutes: (AMRAP)
9 Deadlifts (moderate weight)
15 box jumps
1. Instead of jumping off the box from the top, step back to the ground.
2. Instead of starting on the floor, start on top of the box. Drop to the floor, and immediately spring back onto the box. These are best down with higher boxes for shorter reps.
3. Lateral Box Jump: Jump from side to side, landing on top of the box at the apex of each jump.
