Crossfit for Skiers: Week Three, Kettlebell Swings

Feet should be slightly wider than hip width apart, with toes slightly pointed out. Knees should be able to track directly over your knees. The stance is the same as the squat. Place the kettlebell directly between your feet, grip with both hands, and pick up using a deadlift.
