Make it a Workout

Kettlebell workout for strength: Tabata Swings

Do as many kettlebell swings as possible for 20 seconds

Rest for 10 seconds

Repeat 8 times (4 minutes of work total)

 

Kettlebell workout for recovery

4 rounds. Take it slow and easy. If your heart rate starts to come up, stop until it is resting again.

10 Kettlebell swings

10 squats

10 push-ups

10 sit-ups
