Fashion Flashback
1962

In the 1960s, the well-heeled elite began flocking to the chic mountain resorts of Europe and North America—and they brought high style with them, evidenced by this Christian Dior Sport ad. Some of today’s styles recall that time, when double-breasted wool coats, stretch pants , frameless glasses and lace-up boots were the ultimate fashion statements.

2009
