How Skiers Stay Fit in the Summer

"Ever since I first took out a SUP board, I've been hooked. For me, the motion of paddling is gentle and low-impact, which is important after beating up my knees on skis all winter. It's an amazing whole body cardiovascular workout that is fun and challenging. Nothing challenges my balance like paddling through whitewater and surfing to catch waves. And I can do it barefoot which is a nice break from ski boots."
