Hanging Medicine Ball Circle
Hang with both hands from a chin-up bar, your body fully extended. Hold a medicine ball between your feet, and contract your abs. Using slow, controlled motions, make four small circles clockwise with your feet. Rest one minute. Then do four small circles counter-clockwise. Repeat, making large circles.
