Presidential Peaks
Mount Eisenhower, New Hampshire
Photo: AESanfacon via Flickr

Offering one of New Hampshire's best 360-degree views is Mount Eisenhower, which stands 4,780 feet tall in the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. The former Mount Pleasant was named for our 34th President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and is now home to some of the best hiking in the East. The famous Appalachian Trail snakes over the summit of Mount Adams, connecting with the Crawford Path and summit loop trail near the top.
