From the outside, Silver is pure historic Park City. Inside is a hip, shiny, post-modern surprise—with desserts to match. Pastry Chef Chad Horton slow-infuses pineapple with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean, pink pepper, and rum. He spoons it over a classic cardamom-hinted savarin cake and tops it with coconut foam, a slow-dehydrated, razor-thin pineapple chip and a tangy, buttery, smooth-as-silk passion fruit curd.
