The AT/sidecountry/backcountry trend shows no sign of abatement among mainstream alpine brands. K2, Marker, Salomon, Lange, Dalbello and now Atomic, Nordica and Tecnica offer everything from backcountry skis, boots and bindings to skins, probes, shovels and packs.
