The remodeled pool, heated during the winter, will provide a great apres scene for Aspen skiers this coming ski season. In the meantime, it's a pleasant spot to welcome summer, relax, and taste some of the refreshing new cocktails added to the menu at 39 Degrees. Beer lovers--try the IPA Smash, made with Aspen Brewery IPA, Hendrick's Gin, Aperol, Grapefruit Juice, Habanero-Lime Syrup and Basil. Another tasty addition is the Paonia Peach Crusta made with Banks 5 Rum, Grand Marnier, Port, Paonia Peach Syrup, Lemon Juice and fresh Mint.
