Eventually, Margaret and Leroy purchased the nearby Ski View, bringing the total to 63 rooms. In the 90's, they purchased the Deep Powder, for a total of 72 rooms. Finally, they acquired the Snowflake Inn, and the four properties brought the room count to 110.
