In the evenings, join the Stowe Mountain Lodge in the farm-to-table movement at Solstice and the Hourglass restaurants and get a taste of New England with regional seafood, dairy products, vegetables, lamb and free-range chicken from Vermont and lobster from Maine. Or head to the Spa and Wellness Center on Friday from 5-7 p.m. for the Friday Afternoon Club, where a hand and foot treatment with wine and cheese is just $20.
