Stuff We Like: Ski Town Vodkas
Throw one back with the locals

Berne Broudy

Ten years ago skiers would have been hard-pressed to find local liquor in any ski town. Now there are more than 240 craft distillers spread out across America, according to the American Distilling Institute, and that number is likely to nearly double in the next three years. The après-ski scene hasn’t looked this good since neon onesies were in fashion.

With all these choices, it can be difficult to make the right one. Don’t worry, young grasshopper – your Ski Magazine sake swilling Sensei will show you how to slam local shooters with the best of them. Even if you can’t ski like a local, you can at least drink like one. Here are five vodkas that will keep you sipping local-style no matter where your next ski trip takes you.
