4 oz. foamed milk
1.5 oz. maple whiskey (for example, Tap 357 Maple Rye Whisky)
1 oz. dark chocolate syrup (such as Monin)
a few ounces Mezcal
What to do In a mug, add the milk, maple whisky, and chocolate syrup.
Stir to mix.
Top with Smoked Maple Cream (Recipe below).
To make Smoked Maple Cream:
In a whipped cream charger, add 1 part cream, 1 part maple whiskey, ½ part Mezcal and ½ part maple syrup.
