1.5 oz. Irish Whiskey (Here's one kind to try) 2 small white sugar cubes (or a teaspoon of loose sugar of your choice) 3 oz. hot coffee 1 oz. cold hand whipped cream
What to do Warm an Irish Coffee glass with hot water. Pour out water and add the whiskey to the glass. Add the sugar cubes and stir vigorously to dissolve sugar. Add the hot coffee. Lastly, gently pour cold, well hand-whipped cream on top to float.
