One of the most memorably successful US Ski Team season ever came to a close in dramatic fashion over the weekend, with emerging star Mikaela Shiffrin nailing down the World Cup slalom title with a win in the final slalom of her sophomore season on the tour in Lenzerheide, Switzerland.
