Race fans made their way to Vail, Colo. for the 2013 Alpine US Ski Team announcement on Nov, 15, as the resort ramped up to its 50th anniversary's opening day on Nov. 16. This season's team roster lists 43 athletes, including Olympians Lindsey Vonn, Bode Miller, Ted Ligety, and Julia Mancuso. This is the alpine team’s 50th season training at Vail.
