Jay Peak: On the Verge
Hotel Jay & Conference Center

Hotel Jay is bigger and less boutique than the Tram Haus. Yes, it’s ski-in, ski-out, but perhaps even more important (to some), it’s attached to the Pump House water park—a huge draw for families with its standing wave and daredevil slides. A conference center doubles as a 500-seat concert venue. The lobby is spacious, and there’s room for 762 guests in one- to three-bedroom units—each with a kitchen. The restaurants on the property—Mountain Dick’s and The Foundry—are more casual than Alice’s Table, in the Tram Haus. And the hotel bar, called The Drink, overlooks the water park and is now the largest at Jay. Expect a bustling scene with lots of amenities (fitness center, arcade, coffee shop) and plenty to do. And that’s before you even boot up.
