Every so often, our testers find an intermediate ski that makes them wonder why anyone would pay more. Meet the Cloud 7. It’s easy to ski, of course, but it’s also easy to ski: Stand on it with all your might, this ski will carve trenches. But back off, and it fluidly slides down the hill. It has all the backbone you need, without sacrificing forgiveness. Intermediate? Not for long. Expert? You’ll have to find somewhere to sink the cash you saved. “Makes carving so fun and easy,” said MacConnell.
Best for Athletic learners who want room to grow
Not for The contented. This ski will make you better.
