For years, manufacturers paid insulting lip-service, at best, to female buyers. Women's skis—or rather, "ladies' skis," as they continued to be called long after it was appropriate—were usually defined by their graphics only. Finally, that's changing, and manufacturers are making meaningful concessions to the performance needs of women. In assembling a team to test these new creations, we've relied on the top women in the ski industry. They know better than anyone what works in the real world. Cute graphics? Bring 'em on. But make no mistake: these ladies rip.
