SUN VALLEY, ID - (News Release) - Scott Wintersports' Design-A-Goggle contest stirred the creative juices of hundreds of designers young and old. An overwhelming number of entries flooded the Scott office over the course of the contest.
"The response and quality of the designs submitted truly blew us away. Choosing just one winner was quite a challenge, stated Gabe Glosband, Scott Wintersport Marketing Director.
When it came down to it, Jake Pearlstein a 16 year-old snowboarder currently living in New York City and riding for Method Board Shop designed a goggle with a strap concept that the judges could not overlook.
Jake's winning design will be produced for a mid-winter release to retailers nationwide. Production will be extremely limited as will the number of goggles that can be purchased by each storefront.
