Atomic Crimson Ti (2009)
The Crimson was already a tester favorite. Here's a version with metal added, which only makes it more popular. Predictably, Titanal gives it heft and power. But Atomic doesn't let it get too heavy: Cutaway sections at tip and tail soften the notoriously strong Beta core construction, so it's manageable without any loss of edge-hold. Nothing beats its calm at high speeds or measured responsiveness. "Dynamic between turns on soft snow or hard," said Morgan.
