Atomic Nomad Crimson (2008)
Atomic is right on track with the fun, capable Nomad line. Testers praised the new Crimson for a lighter, more playful approach to big-mountain powder skiing. The edge-grip and stability are still there, but this ski really knows how to enjoy life in powder, with a quickness that made it one of the darlings of the category. "They no longer punish the less-aggressive skier," said Sabanosh. "Light, nimble and capable in a variety of terrain."
Best For
Tight trees, junky steeps and narrow chutes.
Not For
GS speed in powder or crud.
PRICE (MSRP): $1250.00
