Atomic Savage TI (2010)
Meet the new top end of the Nomad line. It’s 7 mm wider than the vaunted Crimson, and Atomic softened the
tip for flotation. We worried it might be too planky for non-powder fun; we needn’t have. The Savage is strong but manageable, and it especially used its size to its advantage in typical front-side junk. It gave up points for quickness and rebound energy but got plenty back for powder and crud performance. “Easy on the aging infrastructure; really performs in broken snow,” said Morgan.
