Blizzard Emocion 7900 Rage (2008)
The 7900 put up solid scores across the board, but it’s happiest carving long, powerful turns, for which it earned one of the category’s highest ratings. A new lightweight sandwich construction abounds with energy and grips tenaciously on hardpack, while the IQ binding system transfers power before you can even think "turn." The ski executes silky arcs in any snow, and is surprisingly forgiving in light of its power. Lewis said, "Makes you feel balanced and strong."
Best For
GS turners who get after it.
Not For
Heavy soup, deep pow or thick crud.
PRICE (MSRP): $1065.00
