Bluehouse District (2013)
The District is a flagship ski for Bluehouse, and one that's been around since the company's inception. It's built for all-mountain versatility, whether it's a powder day or days after the last storm cycle. It's a bamboo-core, metal-free laminate twintip with a rockered tip for powder flotation and low camber underfoot for on-piste performance. Bluehouse, established in 2007, is located in Salt Lake City, where it builds some of its skis and all of its prototypes in a downtown factory/warehouse. Sales are online-only (bluehouseskis.com). It collaborates with local artists on topsheet graphics.
