With no metal, the Fischer Progressor 800 Powerrail still has the pieces of an aggressive front side sk It has a wood core with a bit of carbon to add stiffness but keep the weight down, and a sandwich sidewall to help bite on hard snow. It has Fischer's Powerrail w/binding system to accommodate various boot sole lengths, but it likely won't transfer energy as well as some of the brand's higher-end w/binding systems.
