Goode Impact (2013)
Tester's Review
Testers continue to be favorably impressed by the new wood-core Goodes. For example, the Impact. It's still lightweight, as carbon-reinforced, metal-free Goodes have always been, but now the heft of wood gives its pilot better feedback between turns. Meanwhile, quickness and rebound remain its hallmarks; no ski in the category puts up a higher combined score in those two criteria. If it gets knocked around a bit in crud, that seems an acceptable tradeoff. "Light, lively, fun."
PRICE (MSRP): $1125.00
