Head Edge 11 (2008)
Head’s Edge line has always been a tester favorite. Quality materials and hardware give it long life expectancy, and everything works reliably. There’s a dampness to the boot that can muffle snow-feel, and testers wished it had a little more spine; if you get in the back seat, it won’t bail you out. But it has a balanced chassis and a delightful spring-like quality that throws you into each turn. “Will make intermediate skiers better from the start,” said Couperthwait.
Best For
Skiers who like a lot of technology in their boot.
Not For
Skiers who like to feel the snow.
