This characteristic, in conjunction with a large, sidecut-free, straight section of the shovel�Nordica calls this the "transfer zone"�promotes easy, undemanding turn initiation and a relaxed demeanor. Tip rocker promotes easy handling. A touch of tail rocker is intended to allow the ski to release easily from the turn just before turn transition. The Nordica Drive Ca EVO CT is the top women-specific model in Nordica's Transfire series, featuring carbon in its build for a light, snappy, non-damp feel.
