Rossignol Avenger 82 Basalt_TPX/Axium 120 (2012)
The Avenger series returns as Rossignol's frontside line. Features include full camber for energy and response on groomers and Rossi's All-Mountain Tip, which places the widest part of the ski beyond the snow contact point, for improved turn initiation and extra float off-piste. The 82 Basalt trades some metal laminate for basalt to lighten the load while maintaining a smooth damp ride. It's not quite as powerful as the Avenger 82 TI but more forgiving. It's intended for an upper intermediate or advanced frontside skier that wants a slightly less aggressive ski. Sold as a system ski with the Axial120 binding.
