Rossignol Phantom SC 97 (2010)
Dampness—the absence of vibration—can be a matter of taste. But testers were unanimous in their high opinion of the smoothness and imperturbability of the Phantom, which flows down the hill like mercury. It’s easy to get going faster than you normally do—the calm ride does it every time. But it handles all that speed nicely, and its forgiving tail won’t ever surprise you by over-finishing a turn. “Nice creamy feel that serves well in all conditions,” said Preston.

This was a very high quality ski which flew at 186cm and turned on dime thru trees, crudrocksice, steepsdeepspow, whatever, and rip pow fine. This ski is sick if you charge hard but evade crashin as grip and speed attainable are super sick. TRUE GRIT SKI..no stop no fall control more than a powder ski...these hockey skates stick and stop and will speedup and fly fast....sweet feeling if muscle ready!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loved em!
s7 greatpow ski blah blah but not like these....Both appropriate as necessary. I imagine RC112 were great but could fly another day with these. Nothing you can't grip and rip with this phantom model if your quads are fit for soccer.
