Rossignol Squad 7 (2013)
Tester's Review
The new Squad 7 is metal-free, it comes in a single 190-cm length, and compared to the Super 7 it's a little wider. Testers were divided over the relative merits of the two, but they agreed that, like the Super, the Squad is a powder specialty tool that needs deep snow, or at least deep crud, to, as one tester put it, "live the life it was meant to enjoy." Both feature the basics that have made the S family such favorites of powder lovers. Rocker, camber, and tip and tail taper combine for a loose, smeary, forgiving feel in powder.
PRICE (MSRP): $900.00
