Like all Scramblers, the 8 is designed to handle any terrain and snow condition. But compared to the Scrambler Hot (see AME), this one makes fewer demands of its pilot. Its sidecut is virtually identical to that of a slalom race ski, so it carves at the merest hint of edge angle, but its midfat width offers far more flotation than any race ski.
