Scott Crusade (2009)
Scott continues to impress as a capable soft-snow brand. Last year the P4 and Mission were hits. This year, it's the Crusade, with its singularly easygoing feel, that earned praise. The secret might be under the tip-a concave section funnels snow and is said to alleviate pressure-or in its broad forebody. Somehow, the Crusade is unusually manageable: nimble in the crud, surfy in pow. "A soft, creamy feel that will please all but the hardcore," said Preston.
