TETON VILLAGE, WY - (News Release) - Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is proud to announce an incredible new dining experience for guests, an unprecedented commitment to sustainable business practices, and better access with new flights from Los Angeles and Chicago on United.

Three New $10 Million Restaurants at Bridger Gondola Summit (Elev. 9,095 ft)
Couloir Restaurant and Bar is a total fine dining experience like no other in Jackson Hole. Warm hospitality, a vibrant atmosphere, magnificent scenery, contemporary western cuisine and superb service await the Couloir diner, not to mention a star lit gondola ride in the evening. Previously leading kitchens at the renowned Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons, Executive Chef, Wes Hamilton returned to Jackson to open Couloir. Wes and his team offer a daily lunch menu and a five course fixed price menu each night. Skiers will marvel at the views of Corbet's Couloir, the soaring heights of the Headwall and the incredible alpine setting from the heated outdoor deck.

Bridger Restaurant featuring individual serving stations that offer fresh soups and salads, a variety of Asian delights, hand carved roasts and gourmet grill meals. The Bridger Restaurant has a large open plan indoor seating area for 150 people, floor to ceiling picture windows and an attached south facing deck, with permanent BBQ station and full service bar.

Headwall Deli a casual restaurant that is designed with the active skier or snowboarder in mind. Menu items include a selection of gourmet sandwiches, pizza, homemade soups, fresh salads and fresh baked sweet goodies. A perfect pit stop and refueling center for a day on the slopes.

Offsetting 100% Energy Use
JHMR is offsetting 100% of our electricity usage with renewable energy from a renewable source mix, including wind, biomass, small hydro, and geothermal. With a three-year commitment in place, this has the same environmental impact as planting 5292 acres of trees (an area over twice the size of the Mountain Resort). This commitment is just part of a robust company wide environmental management system including using sustainable construction for the new Bridger Restaurants and adopting a visionary mass transit program for staff and season passholders. Annually audited by KPMG, JHMR is extremely proud of our ISO 14001 registration, one of only two ski resorts, and one of the smallest companies to achieve this in the US.
