Mammoth Mountain, CA, June 26--This summer, July 4 means much more than Independence Day for skiers. It also marks the last day to take advantage of the best ski deal of the summer: the $375 season pass at Mammoth.

Unlike some of the season pass offers, this Value Pass is unrestricted and valid any and every day next season. Since the pass pays for itself in seven days, it's a bargain for both locals and destination skiers, who may be planning a trip to Mammoth next season. The pass also allows skiers to head straight for the lift, bypassing ticket window lines.

That may be why the resort has seen such an overwhelming response to the pass, with more than 10,000 sold in the first two weeks.

"We continue to see a good response to the incredible savings that the Value Pass offers our guests," said Rob Perlman, Executive Director of Marketing for Mammoth.

This summer, value pass holders will enjoy special benefits at Sierra Star Golf Club, Mammoth Mountain Bike Park, June Mountain, Mammoth Mountain Inn and Juniper Springs Lodge. More discounts and special offers will be announced in the winter.
