Alexandre Bilodeau, the first Canadian ever to win gold on home soil at the Vancouver Games, is an icon in his country. This summer, the moguls champion will coach young skiers at the 19th Annual Momentum Camp held in Whistler, BC—a camp that he attended as a preteen.
This is why we watch the Olympics. Yeah, the stakes are high and the competition is amazing, but the real catch are those tearjerker stories. So far, there has been no better sob story than Canada's.
