$4.75 Million Renovation at Windham Mountain Underway

The base lodge and entrance and exit lanes will get a facelift over the next three years.

WINDHAM, NEW YORK - Windham Mountain is currently renovating its base lodge and its entrance and exit lanes to the tune of $4.75 million, as part of a multi-year plan to indulge in an unparalleled mountain experience. Over the next three years, approximately $11 million will have been invested in the resort. The current construction project ushers in an exciting period in Windham Mountain's existence that will last for years to come.


2008-2009 Killington Resort Improvements

Vermont’s Killington Resort, the largest ski and snowboard resort in the East, will invest $8.4 million into on-mountain improvements to kick off its 50th birthday season and improve the overall on-mountain experience for the 2008/09 ski and snowboard season.



Skye Peak Express: The New Skye Peak Express replaces the Skye Peak Quad and reduces the ride time from 14 minutes to just less than five minutes, allowing guests improved access to Bear Mountain and Killington's long intermediate cruising trails such as Skyeburst, Cruise Control and Needle's Eye.


Jay Peak Sold to Resort President and Investors

Immediate plans call for new lifts, improved snowmaking and evolution of resort infrastructure totaling more than $100 million in capital improvements over the next several years.
